Having signed an agreement with the Global HR Director & VP EMEA, HJC ran research based leadership search projects to recruit their Sales Directors / Country Managers for France & the Germany/ DACH region with client shortlist interviews taking place in Munich, Frankfurt, Paris & London followed by online psychometric testing.
The next search phase focused on driving revenue; targeted searches for a Channel & Partner Manager working with both EMEA & US teams plus quota carrying sales executives resulted in key additional hires across the EMEA region.
