This indian IT services company founded by ex Infosys Directors required a ‘first executive in the region’ sales oriented business leader to start up their Germany/DACH business from Munich.
Following initial calls to India and subsequent meetings in London & Amsterdam with HR executives and business leaders, a search was mandated for an experienced Sales Leader to build DACH revenues from a cold start, form a local GmbH/ Limited company and build the brand.
Experienced hire Bernd Wandt, who had previously built IT services revenues for EDS was hired after detailed shortlist interviews in both Frankfurt and Munich; the business was successfully started and built ultimately leading to a favourable acquisition by Patni and subsequently by industry IT services giant Cap Gemini.
