US software SME in the ITSM IT service management niche needed a Regional Sales Manager to grow direct revenues & Channel partners in the Germany / DACH region.

HJC researched niche competitors and the general software infrastructure market to source a shortlist of qualified German sales leaders who, following detailed psychometric assessments, were all interviewed in conjunction with the client’s EMEA leadership team at HJC’s Frankfurt offices as part of an assessment day including DACH business plan presentations.

Oskar Hildenbrand, with a proven track record of major enterprise software sales with the likes of, was hired to lead the DACH region, the team and build out the Finance vertical.

HJC have subsequently built out the EMEA team with additional searches for their Alliances & Partners Director and UK & Middle East regional Sales Manager.
